The InternationalCourt of Justice(ICJ) elected Abdulqawi Ahmed Yussuf (Somali) vice President to judge Ronny Abraham of France. It is the first time such an honor falls on a Somali which sets a history of its own among elections relating to the fifteen-member tribunal of judges.
